Hi, I’m Kristy, and I’ve been passionate about beauty and wellness since 1996. As a qualified beauty therapist, nutritionist, and fitness trainer, my mission is to combine the best of beauty, health, and fitness to help you look and feel your absolute best.
Over the years, I’ve discovered that skin issues are often linked to gut health, and I love helping my clients find solutions that address the root causes. Whether you’re seeking skincare treatments, nutritional advice, or fitness guidance, my goal is to help you achieve radiant, healthy skin from the inside out.
Living in Caloundra since 1990, I am deeply connected to this beautiful place and the outdoors. I believe in the power of self-care and relaxation, and I’m passionate about sharing that with others. In addition to working one-on-one with clients, I’ve been a qualified beauty educator for three years, teaching aspiring beauty therapists to help them build their skills and share their own passion for beauty.
